Description:
Joan was born in 1954 and lives in Malta. From a young age Joan's favourite pastime, was sketching in pencil. When young she attended Evening classes at the local School of Art, but is mainly self taught. When she retired from her teaching career, she returned to Art classes between 2016 and 2019, and attended the Visual and Performing Arts school in Gozo, where she learnt to use water-colours and Acrylics under the guidance of Mr Denis Mompalao. Her favourite subjects in water-colours are seascapes and landscapes.
