Roberta Zammit Cutajar started art at The Convent of the Sacred Heart and was fortunate enough to have Debbie Caruana Dingli in her class . Debbie has been her inspiration ever since. She started using watercolours but has moved on to oils which is her preferred medium for her bold style. She has participated in art classes with Debbie Caruana Dingli, Tonio Mallia and Doranne Alden. Roberta had her first solo exhibition in 2018 at the Chamber of Commerce in Valletta called 'Through My Eye'. In 2019 she collaborated with Mediterranean Ceramics and Carla Grima in 'Colours of the Med' and in 2022 had another solo exhibition called 'My Walks with Hugo' at Gallery 23. In 2024 she had a collection of still lives called 'Marilu's Delights' at Marilu's in Siggiewi. She has also participated in various collective exhibitions. She is currently painting on ceramics inspired by the fruits of the Mediterranean.
