Published: December 11, 2024 7:57 pm Roberta Zammit Cutajar started art at the Convent of the Sacred Heart and was fortunate enough to have had Debbie Caruana Dingli in her class. Debbie has been an inspiration to her since. She started using water-colours but has now moved on to oils which allow her to express herself in a bold and impressionistic style. She has participated in art classes with Debbie Caruana Dingli, Tonio Mallia and Doranne Alden. Her first exhibition was called New Faces a few years ago. Her first solo was in 2018 at the Chamber of Commerce in Valletta called Through my Eye. In 2019 Roberta collaborated with Mediterranean Ceramics and Carla Grima. She had another solo in 2022 called My Walks with Hugo at Gallery 23 in Balzan. She has also taken part in various collective exhibitions.
