Having attended short art courses over the years, she initially explored acrylics, oils, and ink before pausing her practice to focus on family and career. Now, with renewed time and purpose, Jo-Anna has returned to painting?embracing watercolour as her preferred medium. Passionate about capturing natural surroundings through photography, she seeks to translate that same sense of beauty and light into her paintings. Her work often depicts Maltese seascapes and streetscapes, reflecting harmony, nostalgia, and a deep appreciation for the world around her.
