Inspired by colour, beauty, and emotion, I explore the depths of my inner world through every piece I create. I began as a self-taught artist, experimenting with oils, acrylics, pencils, and ink, eventually gravitating toward ink for its precision and expressive potential. My work centres on two themes that deeply fascinate me: expressive portraits and the distinctive charm of Maltese architecture. Over the years, I?ve participated in numerous group exhibitions and held six solo shows in respected venues, each experience helping me grow and connect with others through my art. A memorable milestone came in October 2022 when one of my paintings was presented to Pope Francis at the Vatican?an honour I will always treasure. My artworks have reached audiences in France, Italy, Egypt, Mexico, the USA, and the UK, and are displayed in various offices and well-known restaurants across Malta. In my studio, surrounded by music, nature, and quiet moments, I find the inspiration that shapes each piece I create.
