Description:
Matthew Cassar is a highly dedicated and motivated Artist and Art Educator. Studied under Esprit Barthet and various other tutors . Attended the Malta School of Art , university of Malta doing History of Art and Sports Education. Took up a course in Master Art through the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania, U.S.A and graduated in the early 90's. Matthew taught Art at various schools, most notably at St. Paul' s Missionary College, Rabat from where he retired on reaching pension age. However he is still teaching the subject at all levels at the Malta Society of Arts since 1995. Matthew has taken part in numerous Exhibitions locally and abroad and he has organised several Exhibitions for his students.
