A Bronze Resin sculpture in dark green patina by renowned Anglo-Maltese sculptor Robert Hornyold Strickland. Named Meditation, it was inspired by a young model contemplating her life. Series number 5 or a limited edition of 11. H:17.8 x L:31 x W:22 cm. Weight: 5kg. The artist is known for bronze figurative and portrait sculptures and has produced bronze busts of Presidents, military leaders, and captains of industry both in the UK and Malta. His work has been exhibited in London, Bath, and Malta among other places. His bronzes are sought after by collectors from around the world. He received great accolades for his portrait commission of Admiral Lord Nelson which can be seen in Portsmouth, UK and a copy of which is also in Malta's Maritime Museum.
