Published: September 15, 2023 5:40 pm Join St John Malta Firefighting Rescue Team for a half day firefighting experience session. Four to six people will have the opportunity to work with St John firefighters with their firefighting equipment and participate in a number of firefighting exercises in a controlled environment and under the supervision of qualified volunteers. The session will include the use of breathing apparatus, pumps, and hoses in simulated firefighting scenarios.
Participants must be over 18 years of age and physically fit. They will be provided with all the necessary personal protective equipment and be asked to sign waivers.
The sessions may be held in 2023/2024, ideally on a Saturday afternoon, to be selected by mutual agreement and subject to the operational schedule. Approximately 4 hours. Donated by St John Malta
