Published: September 15, 2023 5:40 pm Fun With Flour' is all about the joy of cooking with flour, with Matty demonstrating some of the ways flour can be used, including pasta all’uovo, quick and easy focaccia and similar items that make Mediterranean meals so much more interesting. 'The morning will begin with a light breakfast, followed by the cooking demonstration (approximately 3 hours – perhaps a little longer.) Then we will enjoy all the food we have cooked for lunch, sitting under the olive trees in our country garden – weather permitting of course – with wine and some of our own olive oil. Anyone interested in olive oil production may wish to stay on after lunch and have a look at our olive press and taste some of our olive oil – if this cooking session takes place in October, Matty's husband Sam Cremona will be pressing olives and guests are welcome to watch this and taste the oil.
