Have the unusual experience of being a passenger for a 30-minute flight over Malta in either a Tiger Moth or Piper L-4. Both aircraft have been painstakingly restored by the team at Malta Aviation Museum and now operate from Luqa airport. The flight will be piloted by David Polidano. Please note: the passenger, (max weight 75kg clothed), must be able bodied - and able to climb in and out of the aircraft unaided, even in case of an emergency - and should not suffer from claustrophobia. If a passenger is gifted the flight, but is not comfortable with flying in a vintage plane, the flight can be donated to someone else of his/her choice. The flying operation stops between July and September due to the high summer temperatures making flying these planes unsafe. Available 2023/2024. Donated by Malta Aviation Museum Foundation
