Enjoy a 5-course dinner for 4 people with Executive Chef Tom Peters signature dishes with a welcome drink on arrival. Formerly Sous Chef at 3-star Michelin restaurant Maaemo in Oslo, finalist on Master Chef UK professional series and prior to joining Gracy's Executive Chef at Bob Bob Ricard Soho London, Tom will be putting his modern British riffs on Maltese produce.
Then it’s off to the Opera at the Manoel Theatre, Malta’s architectural gem in Valletta! From inside a private box, you will see ARMIDA, one of Rossini’s best, but lesser-known Opera’s. Premiered in 1817, the three-act opera tells the tale of a cunning sorceress who manipulates a group of knights. This production will be full of magic and complete with enchanting forests and demons. The stage director is Paul Carr (UK) and music director is Davide Levi (Italy). It will feature soprano Elisa Balbo in the main role, The Three Tenors from Malta (Nico Darmanin, Alan Sciberras and Cliff Zammit Stevens), the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, KorMalta and Moveo Dance Company. Costumes are by Luke Azzopardi and sets will include painted backdrops dating over 150 years ago from the Manoel Theatre Opera store.
