DAY ONE: (Wednesday) Arrive at the recently restored Georgian hotel, Caistor Hall, and settle into your suite, followed by dinner in Caistor's Bistro. DAY TWO: (Thursday) Guided tour of the charming and 'Fine City' of Norwich, followed by an Eleven Course Tasting Dinner at Michelin Star Chef's new restaurant - Mark Poynton at Caistor Hall. DAY THREE: (Friday) A day exploring the idyllic North Norfolk Coast, with lunch at Socius (restaurant of the year – England 2022/2023), in charming Burnham Market. DAY FOUR: (Saturday) A sumptuous picnic lunch on board the privately owned and treasured mahogany Broads Cruiser, 'The Alexandrian Pearl', with a relaxing meander along the waterways of the Broads National Park. Dinner at Brasted’s Restaurant on your final night, with departure the next morning. Bed and breakfast included. Dates to be by mutual agreement, between April and September 2024.
